S P Fund Management & Consultancy ("SPFMC", "we", "us", or "our") is a registered proprietorship based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. We facilitate private fixed-return investment arrangements between the proprietor and individual investors through documented investment agreements.
All investments with SPFMC are governed by a separate, personalised Investment Agreement drafted by our Chartered Accountant. The terms of the Investment Agreement — including the principal amount, return rate, tenure, payout schedule, and exit clauses — supersede any general statements made on this website. No investment shall be considered active until a signed Investment Agreement is in place and payment has been confirmed.
Return rates of 12–15% per annum (Standard Plan) and 15–20% per annum (Premium Plan) are offered based on the investment amount and tenure selected. These rates are indicative and subject to the specific terms of each investor's signed agreement. Past performance and illustrative calculator results do not guarantee future returns.
All investors must complete a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process before investing. This includes submission of Aadhaar card, PAN card, a recent photograph, and bank account details. SPFMC reserves the right to reject applications where KYC documents cannot be verified. Only Indian residents above the age of 18 are eligible to invest.
Investments must be transferred via NEFT or IMPS to the designated business bank account. Investments are activated only after payment confirmation and agreement signing. Cash payments are not accepted.
Investment in SPFMC is a private arrangement and is not regulated by SEBI, RBI, or any other government body. All investments carry inherent risk. While SPFMC endeavours to deliver agreed returns, investors should invest only what they can afford to allocate to private instruments. Past payouts do not guarantee future performance.
All client information, including personal, financial, and document data, is treated as strictly confidential and is used solely for investment operations, KYC compliance, and communication related to your account. We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties except as required by law.
Any complaints or disputes must first be raised in writing via email to admin@spfmc.in or via the Grievance page on this website. We aim to resolve all grievances within 7 working days. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
SPFMC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website or investment services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
