We also collect technical data such as IP address and browser information for security purposes.
Your information is used exclusively to: verify your identity (KYC), create and manage your Investment Agreement, process and track your payouts, communicate with you via SMS, WhatsApp, and email, generate account statements and documents, and comply with any legal or regulatory obligations.
All uploaded KYC documents are stored in encrypted, access-restricted directories on our secure server. Database passwords are hashed using BCrypt. We use HTTPS (SSL) for all data transmission. Access to client data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We conduct regular security reviews of our systems.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Your data may be shared only with our Chartered Accountant for agreement drafting and audit purposes, or if legally required by a court order or government authority.
KYC documents and investment records are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of your last transaction, as required for financial record-keeping. You may request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
You have the right to access your personal data at any time through your client dashboard. You may request correction of inaccurate data by contacting us. You may request deletion of your data after your investment tenure ends and all obligations are settled.
Our website uses only essential session cookies to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that collect personal data.
